For our manufactured products**, we include top-notch product support as part of our Customer-first policy. This may include helping to simplify shipping or product transport support to cut shipping cost, in-house sponsored telephone technical support to help speed up product install, document reprints to maximize coordination between affected Tradesmen at the site, and other time-saving, value-adding activities. On instances where other more engaging product supports may be required, installation, erection, commissioning, start-ups, site assessments and visits by our Field Engineers during the product’s lifetime include the optional.

We apply the same product support commitment on our Instrumentation line except we provide repairs or remanufacture in-house for non-performing device or sending a direct replacement. When cost and expedient delivery become issues, remanufactured instrumentation devices may prove invaluable compared to brand-new units. We can supply such devices as alternatives in those instances. Finally, we also provide calibration services that is traceable to the latest applicable standards of NIST and NSB.
